Paint Correction

Paint correction is the process of polishing out defects - scratches, swirl marks, etc. It leaves paint dramatically more brilliant and true to its original color.

Using professional extractors and cleaning products, we can have a dramatic impact on even the most neglected interior.

The Art of Paint Correction

Paint correction is the process of bringing back the lost gloss and luster of your original paint. Using random-orbital buffers, different compounds and polishes, and multiple types of buffer pads we can have a dramatic impact on the appearance of your vehicle.

Many detailers simply apply a glaze or wax to cover up scratches, buffer trails, and swirl marks (paint defects). Proper polishing actually diminishes or removes those defects - it is a long-lasting improvement instead of a temporary fix.

Pulling the grime out of leather and carpet

Leather gets shiny, dirty, and grimy quickly. Using a combination of two leather cleaners, a lengthy deep clean process removes ground-in oils, dirt, fibers. A clean, matte appearance is the result.

Carpet stains are inevitable - especially once children enter the equation. Our Bissell Big Green extractor and chemicals make short work of stains and ground-in dirt.

Waxes, Sealants, and Coatings

Waxes - what everyone thinks about when they hear about detailing cars. A wax is a natural based product (typically caranuba) that offers approximately one month of chemical protection and water beading. Different types of waxes offer different looks - some looking great on dark colors, others excelling at light colors. Wax is easy to apply and easy to remove.

Sealants - the synthetic version of waxes. They offer a significantly longer amount of chemical protection, often at least several months. They're more expensive than waxes, but also easy to apply and remove.

Coatings - the ultimate paint protection. Sealants are based in silica, the same compound that makes glass. They are extremely hard, and offer at least a year of both chemical and physical protection (helping resist scratches). They also making cleaning the paint significantly easier, as they are extremely hydrophobic (water runs off it). They are more expensive than waxes and sealants, and take a significant amount of time to apply. All detail jobs with coatings require an overnight stay.
